Full Stack AI & ML Engineer - Trainee (2026 Batch)
A six-month training programme for 2026 graduates covering data science, AI/ML, DevOps and AWS. Applications are closed and the selected candidates joined in February 2026. Recruitment for the 2027 batch opens in November 2026.

Founder-led engagement
You work directly with the founders and the client, with direct access to the people making decisions.
Small senior squads
Teams of three to five engineers who own a product from discovery to production.
Weekly demos
Agile sprints with a live demo or recorded update every week, so progress is visible and feedback is early.
CI and tests from day one
Design-to-code pipelines, test coverage and continuous integration are set up in the first sprint, not retrofitted.
Documentation as an artifact
Architecture decision records, runbooks and onboarding guides are deliverables, written as the work happens.
Documented standards
Coding, Git, environment and QA-gate standards are written down and reviewed, so quality does not depend on memory.
Deterministic tests where it matters
Money flows and edge cases get deterministic tests; performance and error budgets are tracked, not guessed.
